  • 检测原理：采用双抗体夹心 ELISA 法。预包被抗人 PADI4 抗体的微孔板，加入标准品、待测样本，再加入生物素标记的抗 PADI4 抗体，形成抗体 - 抗原 - 生物素化抗体复合物，然后加入亲和素标记的辣根过氧化物酶（HRP），孵育后加入 TMB 底物溶液，只有含有 PADI4 的孔会发生颜色变化，通过酶标仪在 450nm 波长下测量吸光度，与标准曲线比较得出样品中 PADI4 的浓度。



  • 灵敏度：MyBioSource 公司试剂盒灵敏度小于 0.121ng/ml，XpressBio 公司试剂盒灵敏度为 0.113ng/ml。
  • 样本类型：血清、血浆、组织匀浆、细胞培养上清及其他生物学样本。
  • 试剂盒组成：通常包括预包被的 96 孔微孔板、标准品、标准品稀释液、检测试剂 A（生物素标记的抗体）、检测试剂 B（HRP 标记的亲和素）、TMB 底物、终止液、洗涤缓冲液、封板膜、产品说明书等。
