One tablet is sufficient for 500mL
应用
A solution that maintains the osmotic balance for bacteria. Used for the preparation of suspension of samples and for use as a diluent in dilution techniques for enumeration. Also used in the microbial control of apparatus by the rinse and swab method.
Ringers solution 1/4 strength tablets has been used:
in inoculum preparation from mid and hind gut samples[1]
to rinse the corneal surface to demonstrate the integrity of the corneal epithelium by fluorescein sodium staining[2]
to wash the discs in antimicrobial bioassay of lignin compounds[3]
to soak the gauze, to keep the spinal cord well saturated[4]

制备说明
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of deionised water.
